The houses are on a quiet private estate at the and have unique views both across the estuary and out to sea.
Number 44
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms. One has a double bed, wardrobe,
chest of drawers and cabinet. The other has a full size bunk bed and an Ikea
loft bed with a desk beneath, leaving plenty of floor space for children to
play. It also has a chest of drawers, wardrobe and reading lights for each bed.
A selection of toys and games has been left in the cupboard for when the
sunshine comes down wet.
The bathroom is fitted with a full suite, thermostatic shower and shaver
point.
On the first floor there is a bright open plan living\kitchen area.
The fitted kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washer
dryer and dishwasher. The
kitchen is well equipped
with is plenty of matching cutlery and crockery as well
as wine glasses and cafetiere. There is a large
folding dining table which sat nine comfortably over the New Year.
The living room has three large double glazed picture windows for a panoramic
view of the estuary, mountains beyond and out to sea. It is newly furnished
with three Ikea armchairs and a sofa bed. There is also a TV,
dvd recorder and CD
player. Leading from the living room there is a sheltered south facing balcony
with steps down to the quayside.
Heating in the winter is by night storage heaters and convector heaters which
together ensure the house is always warm and cosy. Electicity is by a £1 coin
meter. Good attention has been given to your safety with smoke alarm, fire
extinguisher, fire blanket and basic first aid kit.
All the beds have duvets (3 single and a king size), mattress protectors,
bedspreads and a pillow. Bed linen is not provided. You will need to bring your
own towels. There is an oven glove
and plastic table cloth but no
tea towels. Cleaning materials and washing up liquid are provided.

Parents are advised that the modern design of the houses with
the open stair-well
and and first floor balcony make it essential that toddlers and young children
are carefully supervised.
